What if I’m not happy with the product?

Every product is covered by our total satisfaction guarantee which states that In the event the quality of product or service is sub-standard through any fault of ours, we’ll reprint or refund – no questions asked. Some issues such as colour matching across different printing processes and materials, paper fibre cracking due to folding, ink coverage and grain direction and cases where small percentages of jobs may be substandard may not be covered by this guarantee but we will always work with you to arrive at a sensible conclusion.
